User Roles

Praction supports different access permissions for different user roles.

On the "Platform" subscription package, you can have 4 total users. On the "Platform + Services" package, you have unlimited user seats.

Inviting Users

The first user of the platform is automatically set to be an “Admin”. Admins have the ability to add any additional user to the platform. To do so:

1. Click the “Settings” gear icon in the top right corner
2. Navigate to the “Users” tab

3. Click “Invite User”
4. Determine which role the user should have:
   1. Admin
   2. Team Leader
   3. Contributor

Role Permissions

Admin

• Can access and edit the Revenue Guide
• Can access Playbooks Leaderboard and all Playbooks team tabs
• Can access Playbooks New tab
• Can access and edit all Playbooks surveys for all teams
• Can edit all Playbooks tasks for all teams
• Can access and edit everything in the Settings module

Team Leader

• Can access the Revenue Guide
• Can access Playbooks Leaderboard and all Playbooks team tabs
• Can access Playbooks New tab
• Can access and edit Playbooks surveys for their team
• Can edit Playbooks tasks for their team

Contributor

• Can access Playbooks Leaderboard and all Playbooks team tabs
• Can edit Playbooks tasks for their team
