Connect Slack

The Slack integration allows you to get detailed reports on performance that highlight issues as they're discovered, and motivate your teams to improve their operations.

To get started, head over to the Settings Integrations view and follow the instructions on screen.

You'll be able to select different channels to receive two different types of alerts:

• The Weekly Team Readiness report highlights wins and misses from the last week and provides a leaderboard showing which teams improved most. It's meant to be seen by all team members who are using the platform in a public channel.
• The Weekly Revenue Guidance report highlights business risk factors that need attention. It's meant to be seen by leadership in a private channel.
