What is Team Readiness?

Team Readiness score is a unique Praction metric that represents the total operational coverage your company has across your Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

You can think of Team Readiness as the percentage of essential revenue operations that your teams have implemented, as appropriate for your ops level. Another way to think of Team Readiness is the percentage of playbooks that each team has completed at the current ops level.

The metric measures how ready each team is to succeed at their mission.

During your Baseline Diagnostic, we determine your initial team readiness based on your responses to each team survey.

Then, as you complete your tailored playbooks and implement more revenue process to help scale your company, your Team Readiness will update dynamically to reflect your operational coverage.

Team Readiness is measured and recalculated each time your teams complete a playbook task.
